Most attempts have focused ECM or ERM vendor provided Outlook Com Add-ins. These implementations have too often met with limited success and adoption. Through our extensive work with clients and vendor partners, we thoroughly evaluate vendor out of box functionality and when necessary develop solutions to augment and/or replace outdated Outlook add-in approaches and products. We've introduced best practices and technology including our DECMAN, MailView and MatterSubscription solutions to keep users in their inbox and radically reduce user keystrokes.
